A. Charlotte Web Design contracts primarily with Host Monster. Host Monster is widely regarded as the primer web hosting service. It is definately the fastest server to host with. We have done the research!
Q. What happens if my website needs an update?
A. In this case, we would provide updates as required. Many of our clients like to create a website that needs no updating, while others opt to have more control over new content. Both ways are perfectly fine. We would also be glad to assist you in learning how to update your own website through our included Content Management System (CMS). This system allows you to edit your site instantly online without any technical knowledge. Charlotte Web Design uses the most popular CMSs on the web: WordPress and Joomla!
Q. Will I have any special needs accommodated?
A. Yes, by all means. We are sensitive to the particular needs of each client and business. We have worked with all types of websites, businesses, and technologoy and any special care will be provided as instructed. Q. What services are available, and who conducts them?
A. Please see the Services page(s) to select services you would like performed. Only authorized Charlotte Web Design Team members conduct these services.
Q. Are all staff members experienced? Can they provide references?
A. Yes, all Charlotte Web Design staff are well experienced with computers, websites, and technology of all kinds. We love computers and would be glad to share our references and experiences relating to your inquiry.
Q. Is the facility licensed and insured?
A. Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the State of North Carolina. Our legal business name is Day Masters LLC with a central office uptown Charlotte, NC . Our company is organized to provide services across the nation. We have been in the web design business for 12 years running!
Q. How does payment work?
A. 50% payment is due up front for all work to be completed. The only exception to this rule is for projects less than $500. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit/debit card. Charlotte Web Design is pleased to be an authorized VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover merchant. Invoices and/or receipts may be emailed as well as given in person.
